Use our contact form to let us know which template you would like to purchase. We will get back to you with a start date and a questionnaire to fill out about your website. Once we receive your questionnaire and everything has been approved, we will send you an invoice to make your 50% deposit.
We will upload the template to your website for you, then make all the necessary customizations to fit it to your brand. This includes fonts, colors, photos, and written content. You will also be set up with basic SEO, which includes keywords for each page and optimized photos.
The fun part! Once we are finished setting up your site for you, you can officially launch it! You will receive a custom social media graphic that showcases your new site so you can let the world know to go check it out.
After launch, you receive two weeks of complimentary website maintenance to make sure everything is running smoothly for you. You also have access to our YouTube videos that show you how to make basic adjustments to your site. If you need our help later, we give our previous clients a discounted hourly rate!
Why yes, yes it will! Any type of device your potential client may be using, your site will adapt to that screen size. Some of it is automatic, and some of it is special settings and tweaks that we make to the site.
Once you have filled out the questionnaire for us, if we approve your request for the template, we will send you an invoice for the total, which you can then pay the 50% deposit. That deposit will reserve your start date to begin creating your new site! The final payment of the last 50% will be due before your site can go live.
We only take on one template project at a time! This is to ensure that we are getting your site up and running as quick as possible for you. We know one of the reasons you would like to purchase a template is because you don’t want to spend all the extra time required for a custom site. The quickest turnaround time could be one week. This is the best case scenario if you have all your homework done for us by your start date.
Thank you for asking! We will need some things from you to make this process go smoothly and to get your professional looking site up and running in the shortest amount of time. You will have to fill out a questionnaire for us that asks you about your current domain and hosting situation, if you have a current site with good SEO, if you don’t have any site at all yet, things like that. We will also need all photos from you that you would like used on the site, plus all your written content such as your “about” section, and any package details and pricing you want to be on your site.
We can certainly create additional pages for you (as well as take some down if you want). Additional pages cost $200 per page, and we will need all photos and written content for any extra pages before we begin. You must let us know from the beginning if you think you will want extra pages. If you decide later on that you want an extra page, we will have to schedule a later date to add on pages as this will increase the time it takes to complete your project, and we may need to move on to someone else’s project before we have time to add in extra pages for you.
If you would like to add in some custom elements to the template, let us know before we start your project so that we can give you an accurate timeframe for completing your project. Custom additions that may require some coding must be approved by us before we will go through with anything. We will try to accommodate all custom requests, but sometimes it’s not feasible. Custom additions will be invoiced at an hourly charge.
